I had never updated the Nokia 625 since I bought it. Meaning I had windows phone 8 running. This past week I downloaded 3 phone updates one after the other and finally my phone indicated that I had Windows Phone 8.1 Cyan. However I've noticed several issues:
1. Live tiles option is available in settings but won't work properly.
2. No Cortana.
3. Lock screen will not have a picture even if I add one in settings
My phone indicates that the phone is up to date.
What's the cause of this problem? Why won't these options work? What can I do?
