We have only a year gap between us.He's 18 and I am 17. He wants to become doctor and has awful grades, he's lazy, plays computer 24/7 and everyone is running around him like a puppy. When we have family meetings (every week), everyone always talk only to him and they always say good things about him. Like hey you got a new gf, well done.Hey, you got B for a test, let's buy you a laptop.Meanwhile, no one does the same to me. I have A/B marks, president of all extra classes in my school(7 classes),president of school council and I have tons of awards for being active person in school and my city's life. No one seems to care.During our family meetings I am the one who's being ignored and getting yelled at if something wrong. Like a week ago was my birthday and he was there. Everyone was talking to him and I was left alone at my OWN birthday. Then he acted like a total pig and started to make list what he wants for his birthday-guitar for 200 EUR(he has one but he doesn't play it),new mobile phone-better Iphone. He has Iphone 5, but I have 6 years old Nokia and no one cares, new games which cost 20 EUR each, etc.It makes my blood boil when I see how easily he gets all things he wants without doing something meanwhile I need to beg my family to let me use printer or simply go out with my friend. How to stop being jealous? Because I need to think about my future not his.
