Windows Phone 8.1 is out for most WP's but I have a Nokia Lumia 521, with T-Mobile. 521 does not yet have 8.1, the Cyan Update, and I have been waiting for weeks, maybe months. I sound very impatient, but if there is any info on this, please let me know. I am very excited about the new features, and I can't wait for Cortana and other things. I would love to have info on when it's planned to be released.
