i downloaded some apps on my pc from windows store and copied to my phone(WP8.1) to install manually. But when i click on the app.it says "Can't install company app. There's a problem with this company app.contact your company's support person for help"

Added (1). thanx Caoedhen. Your answer is helpful. But i have tried to download so many apps but could not install on phone because of that issue.
and you are right. I can directly download apps from phone but for many apps (which is larger in size) wifi is needed but i dont have wifi connection:-( so had to download apps on pc but could not install these apps on phone.
