I have a situation which has me a little concerned, I am now working for a company that is dedicated to repairing cell phones and tablets under warranty and out of warranty in Puerto Rico, it is certified by Samsung, Motorola, Nokia, ZTE, Verykool, it takes about 5 years in the commerce.
The problem that affects me are:
The logistics company is… Bad (there is no common sense)
The way in which they solve problems with their employees is not the best.
Employees show no ethics in communication and working with peers or superior to them. (Not even the president himself is shown to have education in his language)
There are always looking for ways to let you know indirectly that your work is not good, with a paper alongside confirming that the logistics of the company has improved thanks to you.
They give you memos for mistakes of someone else work.
The regulars employees of forced do the job of a manager.
Here I'll explained my experience to the job. At first when I was called to interview I was very excited because finally I went to work what I have been studied for so long. - and I spended a lot of money on what study to only receive $ 7.35 / hour, when the federal minimum wage in Puerto Rico is 7.25 / hour (and they believe the that is TOO MUCH)
