Windows Phone 8.1 problems?

Hi, In the picture below shows my nokia lumia 520's version. I compared it with an another version of a Wp user and it was different.
The problems that I receive are ;
1- I dont receive any push notifications from facebook,twitter,watsapp and hike. I always have to open these apps to check if theres any message I got. Please some help would be usefull.
