I had my iPhone 4S for around 3 years now, it's gotten old and I think it's time to retire it.
My first thought was to wait for the upcoming iPhone 6, however, I seriously dislike iOS 7's new designs, which will undoubtably be carried over to iOS 8. So I decided to broaden my horizons a bit.
Android L seems to be everything I wanted in an Android software update, so I'm looking in that direction.
I already have lots of exprience with Android devices, but as you all know there's like a million of those things XD
So this is my question, which phone do you think I should get?
I'm a person who loves development and all that nice stuff, but I want a very good functional phone first and foremost. I don't like it when phones start to lag out and stuff, That's why I was an avid Apple user, their devices seem to rarely get out of shape compared to Android devices, but Android is obviously a lot more stable than it once was, so I don't know if all the phones still start getting laggy after some time, but I do know that pretty much all of my relatives' android phones already lag, including my brother's Galaxy S4, which he bought less than a year ago.
I'm a person who rarely upgrades, so getting a phone now means that I'm gonna stick with it for ATLEAST 3 years. And I HATE it when phones lag. Seriously, I'd rather use an old Nokia than to have a laggy smartphone with specs that it apparently doesn't take advantage of.
Added (1). I guess I should point out that I AM most likely to switch to Android, but I want a specific answer. You know, Like Note 4, or Z3, or whatever.
