i have a nokia e7 and it says that the belle update is available for my phone. So i installed the nokia suite software (latest version) and started the installation process. The belle update downloaded successfully, and my files backed up successfully as well, but in the third step (where the software is installed in the phone) the cable connection keeps fluctuating and, hence, the process doesnt go further. I checked the cable, it works perfectly fine with the mobile otherwise, its only when i am installing the update in my phone it starts showing the error. Please suggest what i should do…
