I have a Lumia 520, on EE in the UK. I've checked an app which tells me when my phone needs an update, and even the windows phone website said my phone, in my country with my network needs updated. I'm on windows 8.0, Black - I'm trying to get te Cyan, 8.1 update. Can anyone confirm my phone really does need updated, and is it my phone?
