How to sue for not being water resistant?

okay so i just bought this expensive fone like really expensive like 140 $ or sumthing but anyways i read its instruction manual and it said it was like water resistant like i read it 4 time it said it was water resistant so i went to the pool with my friend and we were swimming all chill you know right so someon called me but i was in the pool so i told someone to throw it over and they did and i caught it and i was talking and stuff in the water and i was swimming then the phone just fuzzed out like not cuz of connection i have awesome connection its verison so like the phone started crackling and the screen went black its not off i tried turning it on but it wont come on so i thought it was coz of the batteries so i went home and recharged it but it didnt work i think the phone got too wet i held it underwater but that shouldnt be the problem since its water resistant. And so they probably lied about the water resister thing so they can make it more expensive but i had a lot of games and pic and selfies on it. So its valuable data so nokia should pay for it im trying to sue but i cant find a lawyer help please?
