I have had a nokia lumia 620 for about a year now and have never had any problems with it. I've dropped it millions of times with no problems, I thought it was pretty much indestructible!
Anyway, today I picked it up and saw the back wasnt on properly so clicked it on and somehow this caused a hairline crack from the top right hand corner of the screen to the middle in the bottom
Now only a quarter of the touch screen will work so I cant even unlock my phone.
Where/who should I see to have it repaired and how much will it cost?
Also, how long will it take to be repaired? I'm not exactly a phone addict but its a pain when its not working.

Added (1). I don't want to do the repair myself encase of furthering the damage beyond repair.
I dont have any experience or equipment to do this.
