I want to buy either a Nokia Lumia 520 or 525. The only difference is the 520 has 512 mb RAM and the 525 has 1 gb RAM. I'm wondering if it's worth it. For people who have used Lumias, does 512 mb RAM cause a lot of inconveniences?
