I am trying to unlock the Nokia Lumia 521 from Metro PCS. I went to a cell phone store and the guy told me that it is not possible to unlock a Windows Phone and that he could unlock it if it was an Android Phone. I suspect that it is possible but for some reason he didn't want to do it.
