I have a Nokia Lumia 521 from Metro PCS and I am trying to use it on the T-Mobile network. I know that there are some websites that provide this service but I don't want to risk it. Do you know of any places that will provide this service? Also, about how much could they charge me for this? This is the first time I do this so I am new to this process.
