I have Nokia Lumia 520 and don't want it to use mobile data, so I turned it off from setting > mobile network, under the data connection is set to "off".
Now I'd like to use the backup feature to back up my text messages to the cloud. It says that it'd use wifi to backup which is great, but if after 30 days no backup has been performed then it'd use mobile data.
Does that mean at that point the backup feature would activate the mobile data, even though it was set by me to off, to do the backup?
