I have a windows phone, Nokia lumia 521 running windows 8.0, I try to enable internet sharing but my carrier doesn't allow it, I know rooting android phones will let you share internet and create a hotspot even if your carrier doesn't allow it, how can I enable internet sharing and tether my iPod to my phone?
