Can I send a Nokia Lumia cell phone and a Microsoft Surface via airmail to Finland from California?

Added (2). Also, these are used items by me that work like new. They were company devices and I need to send them back. I want to know every detail as possible, like can I send them together or do I have to send them individually? Do I have to take out the batteries or can I leave them in there? How much am I looking around if I send via USPS or UPS?
