I've been looking at a few different ones but I don't know which to get.

**lg optimus elite--virgin mobile
**nokia lumia 521--t mobile
which of these is the best? I also do a lot of couponing & I'm trying to find a phone that will allow me to use Ibotta. Do any of these or do you have any phone suggestions? This will be my first smartphone.
