my nokia c3-00 mob keeps on shutting down on its own, I tried a new battery but the problem still exists so I decided to get a new software. I know that this is gonna erase all the data on it so I moved every thing to the memory card, but here is the question: if I moved whatsapp to the memory card and then removed the card from the mob while gettin' the software, will I still lose all chats?
Please Help ASAP x
