Okay, so my Windows phone is not playing the videos on the Vine app, when I open the app, the vines just freeze without playing, its really annoying, it did it out of no where, I tried re-installing Vine, sign out then sign back in, nothing happens, still not working, i can play YouTube videos fine, and videos on Instagram aswell, is it a bug or a glitch? Is it my network or connection? This is mostly for people that have a windows phone, please any links or suggestions
