My friend dropped my phone chest level but it had a silicon case on it. When I got home, I tried playing music on loudspeaker but it was weak. Volume 30 was now like volume 1. It works fine with headphones. What should I do? I have already restarted and removed the battery again and again but nothing happened. Thanks
