so my mum bought the lumia 625 for her at first, at the phone store, she set a microsoft acc( @live.com) then she gave it to me. Ive been using it normally til yesterday i upgraded it to lumia cyan and then it keeps attention requiring me to enter the microsoft acc password but when i ask my mom she doesnt remember it, i enter the wrong password several times but it doesnt appear the " is this not your email" thing and i aso cannot reset a new account, so what can i do? Im not sure but it seems like im only allowed to update my apps when i enter that password but i cant. Is going to the phone store my only choice? Can i reset it or something at home?
