Alright, I have been using my Nokia Lumia 520 ever since I've been using smartphones. I chose this phone because of the price, size, build quality, IPS display, and Windows Phone 8.1.
I chose Windows Phone because of all the syncing features it has with the Windows desktop OS. However, after using Elementary OS for a few days, I think I'm ready to move away from desktop Windows.
Which brings me to my current dilemma - I don't have a reason to use Windows Phone anymore, but I like my Lumia. I was looking at the Nokia X, but the Android on it is forked and all laggy and cluttered and such. People have been running Cyanogenmod or Vanilla Android on it, but I sort of want to avoid that since the Nokia X doesn't have very wide support yet. Plus, I don't know enough about Android to know if upgrading it to Android L when it releases will be possible with a custom ROM. Maybe with a vanilla ROM, but I still want to avoid the whole "might possibly brick my brand new phone" shenanigans.
I have two main reasons for wanting to switch to Android. Since I can't sync my Windows things anymore, the next best replacement is my Google things. Although Google creeps me out, I can deal with it.
My second reason is that I want the Moto360 smartwatch. That thing is beautiful. I've been wanting to get a smartwatch, but hated all of the aesthetics until now.
So, I'm basically looking for an Android phone with a ~4" screen, high durability, IPS display, and under $200. AT&T or unlocked
