I have a Nokia lumia 521. It says its still on windows 8 when I go to the about setting option but when I check for updates on the phone update option, it says its up to date. I did update it to windows 8.1 before but I had to factory reset my phone because before the update I was having web browser issues so I thought if I updated my phone it would fix it but it didn't so I factory reset it which did fix my web browser issue but now it won't let me update it. Do I have to factory reset it again? Do I have to be connected to WiFi and then check for the update. Please help
