Hi! I recently purchased a Nokia Lumia Icon from the Verizon store, and I loved it at first. But after owning it for two months, I started liking it less and less - it's confusing, I don't understand Windows, and it's not the phone's fault, it's just that Windows is not my forte. I'm hoping to get a new iPhone because I'm better with Apple. The problem is, I've had this phone for two months, and I have a two-year contract with Verizon. Is there any way I can trade it in?
