Ok well i have, well had, a Nokia Lumia 920 which is on a monthly 24month contract with tesco mobile and within the first month, it fell off my window and on to the concrete below… Needless to say, it was in a bit of a state. Thats an understatement though seeing as its in several pieces.
My question is whether id be able to get a replacement from tesco if i were to call them up. Ive read their faqs and it says that i can just send them my phone for repairs and within 7-10 days, theyll send it back to me fully functioning. I dont know whether its the same case for mine though so thats why im asking.
I was able to retrieve the sim card and replace it onto another phone though so all isnt lost cos im still paying for my usage n stuff but i quite liked the phone and id like to be able to use it again but its broken, see.
