I'm 19 and I'm FINALLY getting a new phone after having the same stupid blackberry for 6 years. (I only got it because Nick Jonas had it… I was young and stupid lol)
I can't afford an iPhone but my dad has offered to buy me a Microsoft phone… The Nokia Lumia 521.
I have had iPods since forever and right now have an iTouch and an iPad. I really enjoy apple products and I'm wondering how the Microsoft phone compairs.
I'd mostly use it for social media apps (twitter, instagram) texting and calling, searching the web (with and without wifi) and a couple games.
How well do the apps work and does the phone ever drop calls? (I've lost concert tickets over dropped calls and calling into the radio… Ugh!)
Also the camera (I think) is 5 megapixels. How good of a camera is that? How good compared to an ipad 2 camera?
