I requested my phone be unlocked by AT&T and they won't unlock it. I bought it on ebay. When I received it, it had an AT&T sim card in it so I simply inserted my own AT&T sim card and started using it no problem. But now I want them to unlock it and they have ignored my unlock request and won't give me a reason. They have stated that this is not an AT&T device and yet it had their card in ti when I got and I'm using it with their sim card and it is branded by them! What is going on and how can I get this phone unlocked? Nokia lumia 640 LTE.
