I have a Nokia Lumia 620 and have never had this problem before. When I plug it into my laptop via USB, it tells me that there is a "Driver error", I tried troubleshooting but it keeps telling me that it's unable to reinstall the drivers.
I don't even know what that means, let alone how to fix it, so I would really appreciate some help here.
Added (1). Forgot to mention, my laptop runs on Windows 8.1
