Need Nokia BH-221 menu direction blindly?

I need help from someone who has a Nokia BH-221 bluetooth headset. I have the same headset, but the OLED display is gone. And I am trying to pair with a new mobile. So I want to know the menu options in an order, so that I can use them blindly without the display.
