My WiFi isn't allowing any mobile device to conect?
Well, this issue requires to go into a bit details.
Few days back, there was a thunderstorm and my desktop LAN port was fried. Unfortunately, the system's motherboard doesn't have any spare PCI slot available and hence I am currently using a wifi adapter with my desktop. The real problem begins here…
Before the thunderstorm, my android was connecting to my wifi just fine, but after the incident, it is not connecting at all. Rather it is not connecting to any mobile device such as iphone, nokia OS or and other android device.
But the surprising fact is that it is connecting with my laptop, desktop(which is now being used with a wifi adapter) and my friend's laptops just fine.
Can the thunderstorm cause such a thing to my wifi that only mobile devices are being refused to connect? My android is connecting to any other wifi network just fine.
How is it possible that the same router is giving access to all laptops but not to any mobile device?
