What's a good phone for a budget?

I'm looking for a better phone probably like an android. Right now I have a Nokia Lumia 520 which is pretty cheap. I like it it's just Windows doesn't have too many apps. What would be the best phone for around $200 that I could get and put a Sim card in it? Thank you.
