Should I stay with my windows phone or buy an android?

I use microsoft lumia 640 smartphone. I was waiting windows 10 to be released because I heard that with them you will be able to download android apps. Now somebody told me that they canceled that feature. I am really interested to have snapchat app and the lattest upgraded versions of facebook and messenger that android phones have. Is there any chance for windows phone to upgrade facebook-messanger and has snapchat on windows app store? If the answer is no I am thinking to buy a new android smartphone. Is samsung galaxy j3 a good one? Do you think that this is a silly thing to do?
