Why does my phone s touch malfunctions while on charging?

So I own a Microsoft Lumia 535 and whenever I connect it to a charging socket itstouch starts to malfunction like anything. Eg:- multiple clicks in one click or no touch, touch in other part of the screen other than the specified spot. Also my sister had a Lumia and that also had the same problem. So my question is how can I prevent this from happening?

P.S - it is absolutely normal when I remove it from charging.
