Microsoft merger with nokia help?!

Microsoft have now taken over all of Nokia s devices and services business, it is a merger and their phones still say "Nokia" on them, does all the money from sales go to Microsoft though? And also if you know of any other developments in nokia in the last two years that you could tell me it would be much appreciated, thank you.
