Where is the photo taken directly from whatsapp go in Lumia 520?

If we are using whatsapp and if we had taken a pic and sent it one of our friends, where would the pic be in the phone? If we delete the pic from the conversation, would that photo be deleted from the entire phone memory and sd card? Please let me know how to delete it entirely.
