Tiny bulge on my Lumia 530 mobile battery, is it dangerous?

I have Nokia Lumia 530 and I accidentally dropped it on floor after that I got few scratches on back of battery and black paint on it revealing the white base colour of the protective cover, these scratches are on a tiny bulge on the battery it's not very visible but only if you look closer, should I be worried? Will it cause explosion? It's original Nokia battery though it came with phone.
