Windows Phone? Nokia Lumina 630?

I'd like to be able to have my teenage sons texts and calls forwarded to my phone so I can monitor him closer and somehow do this without him knowing. I've seen some spy software companies and after looking into them, all of them seemed fake or a scam. Really need some parental controls app for these phones any suggestions please.
