Mobile Phone operated relay?

Hey does anyone know the best way to make it so when I call a mobile phone (I'll be using an old nokia) it can activate a relay switch? Wire the relay off what? Speaker? Vibration motor? And what type of relay should I use that could be activated off what I would assume would be a low voltage off of the phone?
