Okay it has 20$ on it and I want to orders things on line. I didn't put any info on it so it doesn't say who it belongs to but i can put money on it. I want the Nokia e5 from walmart and I was going to order it but it asks for my name on the card and i havent put any info on it someone told me i could get it but someelse said i cant. So please help and tell.me what i can do
