I have a nokia lumia 521 and it has I guess lumia black (updating now) but I saw the features for Windows 8.1 and apparently I have 8.1 but I dont see those features and they look pretty cool so do they just not work for my phone or is it because it only takes Lumia updates
Added (1). Never mind I have windows 8.0 and I have no Idea how to update or is 8.1 only for developers still:/
